BY INVITATION ONLY

Co-hosted by the Digital Currencies Governance Group (DCGG), INSEAD and Cambridge – Judge, this forum is the first of its kind. Bringing together high-level UK policy makers, senior officials from the European Union, members of the UK Parliament, leading academics, as well as industry key players – incl. Tether and Ledger, this forum aims to provide a platform to exchange global perspectives on the role of CBDCs and Stablecoins as well as discuss the transformation of the UK digital money and payments.

TOPICS

What does the future hold for digital money and payments? Will Central Banks adopt CBDCs globally? And if so, what policy framework will they adopt to foster safer, faster and cheaper payments, innovation, financial inclusion and minimise risks to the financial sector and to the larger economy? How will Stablecoins co-exist with CBDCs and will this impact the digital assets industry? What will be the Stablecoins’ role within this new framework?
