The recent MIT report underscored that 95% of Gen AI initiatives produced zero return. Why? As it turns out we are repeating many of the mistakes made during the era of digital transformation.

In discussion with Arjan Blok, CEO of the Dutch National Lottery and Steven Koolen, MBA‘11J, Partner at Spark Optimus, we explore what lessons they learned leading the digital transformation, what they are seeing in AI transformation today and how AI can be used to do good. Although a gaming organization, the lottery faces the exact same challenges as most established companies today but with the added mandate to use their resources to also do good for society. The lessons learned will apply to all organizations undergoing AI and digital transformation today.

Why join?

  • Learn what not to repeat from digital transformation when rolling out AI.
  • Hear directly from leaders who drove change in a highly regulated, customer-facing industry.
  • Understand how organizations can balance commercial impact with a mandate to “do good.”
